1. Acceptance of These Terms

By visiting the website, creating an account, buying a product, accessing a download, using the software, or interacting with ReaderRocket, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website, products, or services.

2. About ReaderRocket

ReaderRocket provides software, tools, templates, automations, training, and related digital products for authors, publishers, marketers, and online business owners.

You must not share, resell, transfer, or provide unauthorised access to your account unless we expressly allow it in writing.

5. Purchases, Payments, and Taxes

6. Refunds

Unless expressly stated otherwise, you may not copy, resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, publish, reverse engineer, clone, or create competing products from our software, training, templates, downloads, source files, prompts, or materials.

8. User Content

You may upload, enter, generate, save, or submit content through ReaderRocket, including book information, author details, reader funnel details, text, prompts, images, files, links, and related materials.

You retain ownership of your own content, but you grant us a licence to host, process, display, transmit, modify, and use it as needed to provide and improve the service.

You confirm that you have all rights, permissions, and lawful bases needed to submit and use your content.

9. AI-Generated Content

Some features may use AI or automation to generate, transform, organise, or suggest content. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your use case.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and approving all outputs before publishing, selling, sending, or relying on them.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ReaderRocket to:

• Break any law, regulation, platform policy, or third-party right.
• Upload or distribute malware, spam, phishing content, or harmful code.
• Create deceptive, misleading, defamatory, infringing, abusive, hateful, or unlawful content.
• Collect, process, or use personal information without required rights, notices, or consent.
• Interfere with, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or compromise the website, software, or systems.
• Resell, share, or provide unauthorised access to products or accounts.
• Use the service to build or train a competing product without written permission.

11. Review Requests and Platform Compliance

If ReaderRocket provides tools related to reader funnels, review requests, links, emails, or feedback collection, you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the rules of Amazon, book retailers, marketplaces, email providers, advertising platforms, review platforms, and all applicable laws.

We do not guarantee that any review request, reader funnel, email, link, or campaign will be accepted by a third-party platform or produce any particular outcome.

12. Third-Party Services

ReaderRocket may integrate with or link to third-party platforms, checkout providers, email services, hosting providers, analytics tools, AI providers, affiliate platforms, payment processors, and other services.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, products, policies, outages, data practices, fees, decisions, or changes. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

13. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep ReaderRocket available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or permanent availability of any feature.

We may update, modify, suspend, replace, limit, or discontinue any part of the website, product, software, or service at any time.

14. Intellectual Property

ReaderRocket, including our website, software, designs, branding, sales copy, templates, training, prompts, workflows, downloads, and other materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

15. No Guaranteed Results

ReaderRocket does not guarantee income, sales, rankings, traffic, reviews, subscribers, publishing success, business growth, or any specific result. You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.

16. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReaderRocket is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not warrant that the website, software, content, outputs, or services will be accurate, complete, secure, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for your particular purpose.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, or loss of goodwill.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount required by applicable law.
